Affordable Assisted Living

Community Village focuses on two primary areas of care; affordable assisted living and adult daycare. Many long term care programs discuss affordable assisted living, but Community Village truly offers resident care that keeps the bottom line at a place that is affordable. This is managed with a focus on quality, loving staff while invoking cost control on the amenities. Applicants are presented with an all-inclusive monthly rate based on the anticipated level of need. If it is discovered that the cost of care exceeds available resources, our Social worker will assist family members in accessing all available avenues of financial assistance. It is not unusual for applicants to report that Community Village was the only assisted living program that would offer residency within the limits of their pension.

Adult Daycare & Respite Care

Adult Daycare is designed for the senior who is facing the challenges of dementia while attempting to maintain independent living. This is most usually appreciated by couples, where the care-giving spouse needs a break from responsibility. Adult Daycare allows this spouse to take care of the normal weekly errands involved with managing a household, and it simply provides a break from intense responsibility.
